RULES OF THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY

National Headquarters

EVERY MEMBER OF THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY THROUGHOUT THIS COUNTRY OF RACIST AMERIKA MUST ABIDE BY THESE RULES AS FUNCTIONAL MEMBERS OF THIS PARTY. CENTRAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, CENTRAL STAFF, INCLUDING ALL CAPTAINS SUB-ORDINATES TO EITHER NATIONAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LEADERSHIP OF THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY WILL ENFORCE THESE RULES. LENGTH OF SUSPENSION OR OTHER DISCIPLINARY ACTION NECESSARY FOR VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL DEPND ON THE CENTRAL COMMITTEES, NATIONAL DECISIONS BY NATIONAL, STATE OR STATE AREA, AND LOCAL COMMITTEES AND STAFFS WHERE SAID RULES OR RULES OF THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY WERE VIOLATED. EVERY MEMBER OF THE PARTY MUST KNOW THESE VERBATIM BY HEART, AND APPLY THEM DAILY. EACH MEMBER MUST REPORT ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES TO THEIR LEADERSHIP OR THEY ARE COUNTER REVOLUTIONARY AND ARE ALSO SUBJECTED TO SUSPENSION BY THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY:

 

 

  1. To be a Party Member, you have to bound together by the revolutionary Love we have for each other, A Love forged through absolute Loyalty, and trust. It is an element of the Return of the Black Panther Party that must never be destroyed.

     

  2. All Party Members must follow orders and commands by a Ranking Officer or by the central Committee of the RBPP, it not, then you can't be a Party Member.

     

  3. To be a Party Member, you must have a membership code. You must know it by heart, if you don't have one then you are not a Party Member.

     

  4. Each Party Member must have Panther Tags around their neck at all times. If seen without one by a Ranking Officer, or by the Central Committee of the RBPP, you will be disciplined.

     

  5. Each and every Party Member must give a $20.oo donation each month to the Central Committee of the RBPP for supplies and for emergencies.

     

  6. All Party Members will always take care of each other, watch each others backs, and will never turn their back on their fellow comrades of the RBPP.

     

  7. All Party Members will be a Man/Woman of their word, and will not lie to other Party Members of the RBPP.

     

  8. Male Party Members will not use any force on Female Party Members of the RBPP

     

  9. Every Party Member must workout at least 3 times a week.

     

  10. No Party Member will not call each other, or anyone, or use. Or say the “N” word.

     

  11. No Party Member can have narcotics or weed in his possession while doing Party work.

     

  12. Any Party Member found shooting narcotics will be expelled from this Party

     

  13. No Party Member can be drunk while doing Party Work.

     

  14. No Party Member will violate rules relating to office work. General meetings of the RBPP , and meetings of the RBPP anywhere.

     

  15. No Party Member will use, point, fire a weapon of any kind unnecessarily or accidental at anyone.

  16. No Party Member can have a weapon in his possession while drunk or loaded off narcotics or weed.

     

  17. No Party Member will commit any crimes against other Party Members or Black people at all, and cannot steal or take from the people, not even a needle or piece of thread.

     

  18. When arrested, Party Members will only say to the Police “That you want to see a lawyer; and will sign nothing. Remember that anything you say to the Police they can use it against you in the court of Law, so do not say anything only that you want to see a lawyer. LEGAL first Aid must be understood by each party member.

     

  19. The Ten-point program and platform of the RBPP must be known and understood by each party member.

     

  20. Party communications must be national and local

     

  21. All Finance Officers will operate under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance at the Central Committee of the RBPP

     

  22. Each person will submit a report of daily Party Work.

     

  23. Each sub-section leader, section leader, Lieutenant, and Captain must submit Daily Reports and work while on Duty.

  24. All Panthers must learn to operate service weapons correctly.

     

  25. All Leadership personnel who expel a member must submit this information report to the central committee of the RBPP.

     

  26. Political Education classes are mandatory for General membership.

     

  27. Only Office personnel assigned to respective offices each day should be there. All other officers are to do political work. Out in the community including Captains, Section Leaders, etc.

     

  28. Communications – All Chapters must submit weekly reports in writing to the National Headquarters of the Central Committee of the RBPP.

     

  29. All Branches must implement first aid/or Medical Cadres.

     

  30. If you are a racist, you can not be a Party Member. The RBPP is against Racism and capitalism

    .

  31. All Chapters, Branches, and components of the RBPP must submit a monthly financial report to the ministry of Finance, and also the Central Committee.

  32. Everyone in a leadership position must read no less than two hours a day to keep abreast of the changing political situation.

     

  33. No Chapters or Branch shall accept grants, poverty funds, money, or any other Aid from any government agency without contacting the National Headquarters.

  34. All chapters must adhere to the policy and the ideology laid down by the Central Committee of the RBPP.

     

  35. All Branches must submit weekly reports in writing to their respective Chapters.

     

  36. Under no conditions will there be any fighting between members of the RBPP.

     

  37. No Comrades shall lie about his/her position/rank to another member or to the people

     

  38. No Comrade will reveal RBPP secrets or business to anyone.

     

  39. All Members who are imprisoned will report immediately upon release to their chapter leader, and to the central committee of the RBPP

     

  40. All Comrades must put your faith into action by defending the Innocent, the righteous, and doing justice for the oppressed as Yahweh Laws commands us to do. Yeremyah 21:12, Psalms 82:2-4, Proverbs 24:11-12, Daniyl 11:31-32

     

  41. Always remember that unity is our number one Goal to create revolution in fascist Amerika. We stand up and fight for a righteous fight in the sight of Yahweh

STATEMENT FROM THE CENTRAL COMMITTEE OF THE RBPP

 

WE OPENLY ADMIT THAT THE REQUIREMENTS TO BE A MEMBER OF THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY REQUIRES STRICT DISCIPLINE. WE ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO TAKE UP THE BANNER WITH US, FOR OUR FREEDOM AND GO AGAINST THE EVIL SYSTEM THAT OPPRESSES US, WITH A STRONG, STRUCTURED REVOLUTIONARY ORGANIZATION. THERE MUST BE NO OTHER COURSE BUT TO FIGHT IT OUT. EVERY POLITICAL AND MILITARY POSITION MUST BE HELD TO THE LAST MAN/WOMAN. THERE MUST BE NO NO RETREAT AND NO SURRENDER. WITH OUR BACKS TO THE WALL AND BELIEVING IN OUR FREEDOM, EQUALITY AND JUSTICE OF OUR CAUSE, EACH ONE OF US MUST FIGHT TO THE END. WE CALL OUT TO OUR PEOPLE WHO STILL BELIEVES IN FREEDOM TO JOIN US, THE RETURN OF THE BLACK PANTHER PARTY WITH YOUR MIND, BODY AND SOUL AND BECOME A NATION WITHIN A NATION. IN UNITY, WE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING. WE MUST COME TOGETHER AND UNITE AS ONE, IT IS TIME:
